It’s almost SPRING! Can you believe it? I don’t know about you but spring is my favorite time of year! The first day of spring is March 20th which means the days get longer and there is a lot more sunlight! Spring is perfect for planting my seeds, and watching my flowers grow and bloom! For those of you into sports, let’s not forget March Madness ..“Go Terps” (Cheer)! Then there’s Passover, Easter, and oh what am I forgetting? That’s right St. Patrick’s Day! That means I get to sing O’ Danny Boy! But on another note; there is one thing that they all have in common…the color GREEN! And with this Green trend happening in March not only do you need to make sure that you are WEARING green! Especially on St. Patrick’s Day, because if not, I hear that you’ll get pinched by a leprechaun and he could turn you GREEN! But that’s okay if you have a Green Thumb and if so, this is the post for you!
Have you been looking for a sturdy, comfortable, and dependable truck to haul around your gardening equipment? Then look no further than the 2013 Ram 1500! With an MSRP starting at $22,640, the 2013 Ram 1500 features many technologies not found around The bend. I tested this truck out myself! With all my farming needs, you know that I tow a lot of weight! Up to 7,500 pounds to be exact! I went from 0-60 mph in 15 seconds flat with the 5.7L Hemi V8! I was so proud of this workhorse! It also has an eight-speed automatic transmission, engine stop-start system, & thermal management system great for those hot days in the field! The Pulse-Width Modulation helps reduce unnecessary draws on the electrical system so you never have to worry about wearing this RAM out! The bumper and body were redesigned for active aerodynamics, including grille shutters, and an active air suspension helps increase fuel efficiency! This helps me get smooth ride on all those dirt roads! I also save big on gas with all those back and forth trips…you know…to Lowes?!
But not only was the Ram 1500 a perfect choice for helping me tote around all my gardening tools to make my Daffodils, Tullips, Hyacinth, Crocus, Freesia to make my garden beautiful! It was recently chosen as the “North American Truck of the Year” by 49 automotive journalists! And Motor Trend magazine selected it as the 2013 “Truck of the Year.” It would be hard to find a truck that can meet so many of my gardening needs! But Bar none, the Ram 1500 is Hands down the best truck of the year!
